• Vendors, food, photos, music and most important ADOPTABLE DOG!

About The Cause

• Fundraiser for the Lucas County Pit Crew Rescue Group
• To raise funds and promote awareness of rescue efforts for Pit Bulls
• Most important ADOPTABLE DOG!

• T-shirt to Pre-registered runners, refreshments, music, vendors and Adoptable dogs!!!

  • Overall Male & Female and Overall Master (40+) Male & Female
  • Male & Female Age group awards (up to three deep) No duplication of awards

• 5k Dog Run (Awesome, Dogs Allowed, Dogs must be on 6 foot or shorter leashes, no retractable leashes, no prong, choke, or shock collars)
  • TOP Three Male & Female Finishers w/dog
  • Dog treats for all canine finishers

Directions:

• From the south: I-75 north to Exit 192 (just north of Bowling Green, OH) toward Maumee/Ann Arbor. This will merge you onto I-474/US-23 North. Get off at Exit 13 (Central Avenue which is Route 20) and turn left onto Central Ave. Follow Central Avenue for about six miles to Secor Park. The entrance will be on the left and Kilburn Street on the right. Watch for signs. The transition will be at Lone Oak picnic area.

• From the north: US-23 from Michigan. After crossing the Ohio state line get off at Exit 13 (Central Avenue which is Route 20) and turn left onto Central Ave. Follow Central Avenue for about six miles to Secor Park. The entrance will be on the left and Kilburn Street on the right. Watch for signs. The transition is at Lone Oak picnic area.

• From Detroit: I-75 to I-475 to the Central Avenue (Route 20) exit (Exit 13). Take Exit 13 at the top turn left onto Central Ave. Follow Central Avenue for about six miles to Secor Park. The entrance will be on the left and Kilburn Street on the right. Watch for signs. The transition is at Lone Oak picnic area.

• From the east and west: Follow Ohio Turnpike to Exit 52/3A. After the toll booth turn left onto Airport Highway. Follow Airport Hwy to Crissey Road. Turn left onto Crissey Road and follow it until it ends at Central Avenue (Rte 20). Turn left onto Central Avenue and follow it to the park entrance. The entrance is on the left and Kilburn Street on the right. Watch for signs. The transition is at Lone Oak picnic area.
