- Sprint Triathlon: 0.25 mile swim, 13 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Duathlon: 5K run, 40K bike, 10K run

- Swim: clockwise loop in Olander lake
- Bike: flat and fast rural roads olympic bike map
- Run: flat and fast in suburbs of Sylvania sprint run map | olympic run map

- Individuals:- Females & Males: 15-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over.
- Male Clydesdales 200+ lbs - Open (39 and under) and Masters (40 and over) weigh-in - A scale will be at the packet pick-up area, you are on your honor, weigh-in and write your weight down on the weigh-in form.

- Relays - all male, all female, mixed, family, and corporate - three person teams
Divisions Sprint Distance Triathlon and Olympic Distance Duathlon:

- Triathlon - Top male and female, top masters male and female, at least top 5 in age groups
- Duathlon - Top male and female, top masters male and female, and at least top 5 in age groups
- Clydesdales - top three in each age group (39 and under and 40 and over).
- Relays - three deep in each division.
- ParaTriathlete - top three in each division
- Collegiate Division - Awards for the Collegiate Division will go to the top three male and female collegiate finishers. All Collegiate participants must also be a current member of the Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference and be members of their respective college triathlon team. A collegiate discount will apply ONLY to members of the MWCTC.
Directions: Sylvania is a western suburb of Toledo OH, and can be reached via I-75, I-475/US-23, or the Turnpike 80/90. Toledo Express airport is 20 minutes west of Sylvania and Detroit Metro airport is 50 minutes north. The event is at Olander Lake Tam-O Shanter Sports Complex, 7060 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, OH.

Transfer policy: If a transfer is necessary, you MUST contact Elite Endeavors by email at least 72 hours prior to the event (Wednesday evening). There will be a $15 fee charged for any transfer. Transfer must take place within a year.
