The 26th Annual Sylvania SuperKids is one of the oldest kids tri/du in the country. Open to all kids 7 to 14 years of age. Also for the "youngsters", a fun run open to 3 - 6 year olds. The Host Tri Team - Team Toledo Triathlon Club will monitor the race course.
SYLVANIA SUPERKIDS SWIM / RUN PRACTICE
Tuesday, August 7 - 6:15 pm Olander Park Beach
Registered participants ONLY, but sign up will be available Tuesday August 7 also, and then one can participate in the practice.

Distances:
- 7 to 10 year olds - tri/du
- tri: 100 yard lake S, 3.1 mile bike, 0.6 mi run
- du: 100 yard R, 3.1 mile bike, 0.6 mi run
- 11 to 14 year olds - tri/du
- tri: 200 yard lake S, 6.2 mile bike, 1.2 mile run
- du: 200 yard R, 6.2 mile bike, 1.2 mile run
- Fun Run: 3 to 6 years - 0.4 mile run

- Swim: clockwise loop in Olander lake
- Bike: flat and fast rural roads
- Run: flat and fast in suburbs of Sylvania

Entry Fees:
- Includes a unique event t-shirt, goodie bag, swim cap (triathletes only), finisher's award, and post race refreshments. Fun run entry includes a bib number, goodie bag, finisher's award, and post race refreshments.

USAT Licenses:
- Required Mandatory USAT Youth License:
- USAT, the governing body for the sport of triathlon and duathlon, requires a YOUTH annual USAT license.
- All youth (17 and under) who participate in any sanctioned USAT youth or adult event must be an annual member of USAT for a fee of $5.00.
- You will be required to purchase this license when you sign up online.

Required Equipment for Triathlon and Duathlon:
- Approved CPSC/ANSI/SNELL approved bike helmet must be worn.
- Swim cap that is provided must be worn during the swim.

Directions:
- Sylvania is a western suburb of Toledo OH, and can be reached via I-75, I-475/US-23, or the Turnpike 80/90. Toledo Express airport is 20 minutes west of Sylvania and Detroit Metro airport is 50 minutes north. The event is at Olander Lake Tam-O Shanter Sports Complex, 7060 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, OH.

- Transfer policy: If a transfer is necessary, you MUST contact Elite Endeavors by email at least 72 hours prior to the event (Wednesday evening). There will be a $15 fee charged for any transfer. Transfer must take place within a year.
