Event Description: This is the 6th annual "Rick Gomez Memorial Smoke the Turkey 5k Run/Fitness Walk" to benefit Hospice of Northwest Ohio. GOBBLE, GOBBLE!
Where: 7337 W. Bancroft St. Toledo, Ohio 43615
Distances: 5K run/walk
Course: The 5k starts and finishes at the St. James Club in Toledo Ohio on Bancroft Street. It is basically flat and splits will be given every mile. One can run or walk as this course winds its way in and around the beautiful St. James Woods neighborhood.
The run is festive and full of FAMILY FUN! Families gather together on this morning to run, be blessed to be together, and then justify all of the THANKSGIVING calories!
Entry Fee: $20 - Includes a long sleeved t-shirt (to first 800 entries), post race refreshments, door prizes (for pre-registered runners/walkers) and awards three deep in each division.

Awards up to three deep in each division.
Awards will be presented to runners in each category up to three deep. Great door prizes will be for PRE REGISTERED runners/walkers only.
Age Divisions
Male and Female in each age group - 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Packet Pick Up
Early Pick up is: Wednesday November 26: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm at the St. James Club.
RACE DAY: Packet pick up on race day is from 7:30 am to 8:45 am.
Chip Timing
This Thanksgiving Day event uses CHIP TIMING...to better serve the runnersElite Endeavors and Gault Race Management partner to bring this event to the St James Club along with fast results. You will receive a chip on RACE DAY...Wear it on your shoe DO NOT carry it in your hand, or you will not have any results.
