Distances:
1. XTERRA MIDWEST CUP CHAMPIONSHIP: Professionals and Amateurs TRIATHLON Only Distance: 1 mi swim, 18 mi off road bike, 6 mi trail run
2. XTERRA LAST STAND TRIATHLON AND DUATHLON:
- Tri: 0.5 mile swim, 12.5 mile mtb, 4 mile trail run
- Du: 2 mi trail run, 12.5 mi mtb, 4 mi trail run
Course:
- SW MI Eye Center Swim Course: clockwise rectangle in Eagle Lake
- Alfred E. Bike’s gnarly Bike Course: loop course on rolling trails, using the Red and Blue Trails
- Battle Creek Visitors Bureau Run Course: a loop on the Green
- Kalamazoo Bike Club Aid Stations: Two aid stations on the run and one in the Prater Chiropractic Transition.

Park Permits: A State Park permit is needed to enter Ft. Custer. A one-day permit can be purchased Saturday at race registration or Sunday at the park entrance. The one-day permit is $6.00 for residents of Michigan and $8.00 for out of state people. Parking permit info

Divisions:
- Age Group Females and Males: 15-17, 18-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-59, 80+
- PROFESSIONAL: One must carry an Elite license from USAT or National Federation to compete in Pro division
Awards: Overall male and female and 3 deep in every division
Drawing Prizes: cool XTERRA gear

Transfer policy: If a transfer is necessary, you MUST contact Elite Endeavors by email at least 72 hours prior to the event. There will be a $15 fee charged for any transfer. Transfer must take place within a year.
